A Bucket of Wine!


Good lord. The primary fermentation is complete! No-one could have been more surprised than me when the hydrometer read .994. Its murky as feck. Now i have to add the finings and leave for 24 hours before bottling and letting then mature for a month. I hope the wine matures into a fine adult as at the moment it smells like cheap cheap plonk!
